4. Shipping

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors.

customs delays or seizures
courier mishandling
damage occurring during transit

Return and Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of trading card products and the volatility of the collectible market, all sales are final once the order has been placed.

2. No Refunds for Damaged, Bent, or Dented Products

We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for:

damaged packaging
dents, tears, or creases
cosmetic defects
minor factory imperfections
courier-caused damage
sealed product issues beyond our control

TCG products often come with slight box inconsistencies directly from the manufacturer. These do not qualify for refunds or returns.

We do not sell fake or resealed products under any circumstances.

4. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for orders lost due to:

customer not collecting a package

If there is a genuine fulfillment mistake (e.g., wrong item sent), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

the shipping label
order number

6. Lost Parcels

If a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the courier.
Refunds or reshipments are not guaranteed and depend on the courier’s investigation outcome.
